Nemaha-Marshall Electric members have an opportunity to attend their annual meeting.  A typical annual meeting includes reports by the manager, office manager, accountant, and line superintendent, an election of trustees, and other cooperative business. 

If you've never attended our annual meeting, or if it's been awhile, please stop by.  Our Co-op family looks forward to visiting with you! We'll have food, fun, and door prizes, so mark your calendar for the annual meeting in February. 

The annual membership meeting gives members the chance to vote for their cooperative trustees. Each year, three of the nine trustees are elected to serve a three-year term.  This is also the time members vote on any by-law changes that may be recommended by the Board of Trustees.
